SEL Activity Prompts

Activities and games are a great way to weave social emotional learning into your day. Kids can benefit from various opportunities—both structured and unstructured—to talk to one another during the course of the day. Reflecting with questions such as Activity Prompts teaches focused listening, conversational skills, as builds confidence in sharing in front of a group. In addition, learning about their classmates will broaden their perspective as they consider that everyone’s background and experience are not necessarily the same as their own.

Add Activity Prompts before, during, or after an activity to help promote critical thinking and deeper conversations about the social emotional skills students are learning and practicing.
